‘Consistent health and Covid messages delivered in one place, is the reason why we set up Positively Pacific,’ says Director Pacific Peoples Health at Te Whatu Ora -Capital,Coast and Hutt Valley, Tagaloa Junior Ulu.
‘We’ve deliberately used Pacific colours and Pacific images to attract and connect with our Pacific viewers and make it easier for them to get the information they need.’

The Positively Pacific website has been set up by a partnership between Pacific Health Service Providers and Te Whatu Ora in the Wellington region.
Our aim is to help get accurate COVID-19 information to our Region’s Pacific communities in the battle to stop the spread and if possible, to eliminate coronavirus.
Together with your help, Positively Pacific will help us all to keep ourselves, our families and our communities safe with up-to-date information, advice and important updates on how to reduce the impact of coronavirus. The information on this website will be available in English and wherever we are able to, also in different Pacific languages.
Positively Pacific has web links to important web pages and social media sites so that you have the most up to date information we can provide.
Ultimately we want positive health outcomes for our Pacific population in all areas of health and well-being.
