COVID-19 vaccine rollout groups

Learn more about who’s in each group for our vaccine rollout. These dates are estimates — the actual start times will depend on when vaccines are delivered. Changes may also happen if we get new information that affects how the rollout will work.

The 4 Groups are:

Group 1 — Now onwards -Border and managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) workers.

Group 2 — from late March 2021 – High-risk frontline workers and people living in high-risk places

Group 3 — from May 2021 -People who are at risk of getting very sick from COVID-19

Group 4 — from July -Everyone
